The Sarotto family has been active in Neviglie since 1820 and is today led by Roberto with his wife Aurora Cavallotto and children Enrico and Elena. With two estates (Neviglie in the Langhe and San Cristoforo for Gavi), it manages around 95 hectares spread across Barolo, Barbaresco, Gavi, Alta Langa and Moscato d'Asti. Langhe Rosso Enrico I (Cabernet) and Barbera d'Alba Elena sit alongside the Barolo Audace and the Gavi di San Cristoforo.
