Probably if I told you to think of a topic connected to Paris Hilton, a long list of subjects would come up, led by the star's hot chapter!
Gossip, luxury, inheritance, sex, porn, scandal, are just some of the words immediately associated with the famous sexy blonde.
Hardly anyone, except the well-informed, would think of wine!
The beautiful Paris has instead, a surprise to many, interacted with our world and has done so, as always, stirring controversy and fueling the anger of many!
An Austrian entrepreneur, Gunter Alois, in collaboration with the American Rich Corporation, hired her as a testimonial for a Prosecco frizzante in 200-centiliter cans, attracting the attention – not exactly calm – of the Veneto people.
The Prosecco in a can, already marketed in some parts of Europe, such as Germany, would be, according to Coldiretti, a marketing operation aimed at exploiting a famous and typical wine while penalizing its quality, characteristics, and the work of producers just to impress and sell.
The product was a flop and many argue that it ended up damaging the image of Made in Italy built over the years with so much effort.
Perfectly positioned to capitalize on this situation were, of course, politicians, who this time at least managed to protect the national territory – in particular Luca Zaia, of the Lega Nord (a party that based its success on grassroots presence and closeness to the territory), who succeeded in 2009 in strengthening the fight for recognition of the DOC and two DOCG designations for the sub-zones of "Conegliano Valdobbiadene" and "Colli Asolani", thus saving Prosecco from the Austro-American attack.
Following this decision, Rich Prosecco changed its name to Rich Secco, as if everything else hadn't been enough to provoke hilarity!
Beyond the issue of Prosecco protection raised by producers, beyond experts of every kind who went through the roof, Hilton also managed to stir the anger of relatives of road accident victims, who criticized the choice of a testimonial already arrested for drunk driving.
Paris's reaction? To prove she could handle her alcohol by being photographed while sipping canned wine using a straw!
Certainly Hilton must have suffered from so many attacks, but her relationship with wine is not made up of controversies alone; in fact, it seems that Paris has a sexual connection with one wine in particular!
Yes, you read that right, and this time there are no secret videos!
The heiress claims that to soothe her sexual urges the remedy would be to bathe in her jacuzzi tub – naturally equipped with artificial waterfalls and light effects – filled with Ornellaia strictly from 1998.
Quite a waste, even more so when one considers the results of the "cure".
