The estate of the famous and now deceased actor Robin Williams is on the market for $25.9 million.
Known as ''Villa Sorriso'', it is located in the Mayacama mountains near Napa, a prestigious region well known for wine production.
In addition to being immersed and surrounded by Californian olive trees and vineyards, the villa covers an area of over 1,800 square meters.
Set within approximately 640 acres of land, which also includes a natural lake, the estate features 7.5 hectares of terraced vineyards producing predominantly red wine. All complemented by an air-conditioned wine cellar designed for aging wine.
Beyond this, ''Villa Sorriso'' offers every kind of comfort. Consider the 12-seat screening room, the billiard room, the gym, five bedrooms, ten bathrooms, and an immense library.
Not to mention the multiple outdoor spaces, including a riding arena with stabling for nine horses, a tennis court, and a garage with room for up to nine cars.
The estate was first listed in 2012 at a price of $35 million, before dropping this year to $25.9 million.
