Garganega is the main white grape of Soave (Veneto). Grown on the volcanic and limestone soils of the hills east of Verona. It is the basis of Soave DOC and Soave Superiore DOCG. It produces elegant, mineral wines with a profile of almond, white flowers, citrus and honey.
