Erbaluce is the native grape of Canavese (Turin, northern Piedmont). Vinified in 3 styles: dry (Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG), classic-method sparkling, and passito (Caluso Passito DOCG, sweet). Sustained acidity, a profile of citrus, flowers, hay and honey in the passito versions.
